Ordering
Spy Design allows online orders from spydesign.es.
An order will begin to be processed once the payment has been made. Keep in mind that in the case of bank transfers, these do not usually become effective until after 3 working days.
Spy Design may cancel an order before delivery without liability to you or third parties. In any case, we promise to inform you and if we have already charged you the amount of the order, we will proceed to reimburse you the amount you have anticipated.

Shipping and assembly

Guarantees and returns
Defects must be reported to Spy Design within 14 days, being able to choose to repair or replace the good. If repair or replacement is not possible, the user may choose between a price reduction or termination of the contract and a refund of the money.
Spy Design will not be liable for defects derived from incorrect installation of the product, except that the product has been installed by Spy Design.
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased from Spydesign within 2 months from the date of receipt.
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, with all the labels attached, in its original packaging and with any other promotional product included. Like when you received it, without having been used or manipulated.
For the management of returns, the client will send the package to the address Carretera Denia 102, Pego 03780, Alicante with the courier company of their choice and postage at their expense.
If the exchange or return is made in our physical store, it will be free.

It is important that when packing the item there is no damage to the original packaging.
After examining the article we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. If the return includes the entire purchase, the correct procedure has been followed and the products are new and unused, we will proceed to refund the full amount of the purchase before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract by the consumer and user.
If the return only includes a part of the order, the correct procedure has been followed and the products are new and unused, we will only refund the value of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.
Once the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the amount will be reimbursed through the form of payment used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date it was informed of the decision to withdraw the contract by the consumer and user.
